I ordered the Lines 60 Smarter Kit. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no issues there. Shipping took about 6 days to get to my place in California, which was within the expected timeframe. Packaging was robust. Setting up the Lines was mostly easy, but I had a small hiccup connecting them to my Wi-Fi; it took a couple of tries. Once connected, they work well with my Apple HomeKit. The quality of the light itself is impressive, and the modular design is very cool. Customer support wasn't needed, so I can't comment on that. The app is okay, could be a bit more intuitive in places, but it gets the job done for customizing scenes.
